Jeff has recently done some custom work for me that I'm very satisfied with. He reworked a ring that my wife gave me some time back to include some diamonds that had belonged to my mother and grandmother. It looks great. He and Linda have a good team in Lawrenceville, very friendly and willing to help. We're always warmly greeted when we go in. They're a welcome addition to downtown Lawrenceville.

I bought a loose diamond from Alexander's back in January. As most people know, the whole experience of getting an engagement ring and anything in that realm can be a very stressful time. Jeff and his team worked closely with me to make sure I was happy and helped to fix a problem I had even though it was a mistake on my part and quite frankly, they didnt have to. Without getting into detail, everything got sorted out extraordinarily quick, given that my situation was time-sensitive. Jeff and his team did a wonderful job with communication and making sure my needs were met and kept me in the loop every step of the way. At the end of the whole process, I could not have been happier with the end result of the diamond I purchased.

I would like to give a special shout out to Rachel. Without Rachel working so diligently with me, I don't believe I would be as happy as I am now. Her priority is to make sure her guests and customers are happy. I am now engaged. My fiancée and I could not be happier with the ring. I would recommend at least checking them out and see what they have to offer. At the very least, they will help however they can even if you don't find what you are looking for.

Attentive staff who want your buying experience to be memorable. Excellent selection of jewelry that won't break the bank. The owners are wonderful and I have known them for tears. If I could I'd give them 10 stars.
