I am so grateful to Hayes Leung and the owner of Alexander’s of Atlanta Jewelry Store for going above and beyond to make my Valentines holiday special for me and my family. I had ordered a couple of Fossil watches online and they were supposed to be engraved, when I receive them a couple of days before Valentine’s Day they were not engraved. I desperately looked for a store that could help me get the watches in graved before our family Valentines day dinner. I went to Alexander’s in Lawrenceville and requested immediate help. I needed the watches to be engraved in 48 hours. Typically It can take anywhere from 3 to 7 days to get a watch engraved. Hayes took the time to explain my situation to the owner of the store who had just dropped by for a few moments. He heard my request and decided to engrave the watches that day. I was able to pick the Valentines watches up the very next morning! I appreciate the level of customer service and compassion that I experienced at Alexander’s.
